Protection of the Name and Emblem
The name "MAHAMAYA DHAM GAYESHPUR" and its official logo/emblem are the exclusive intellectual property of MAHAMAYA DHAM GAYESHPUR, a non-profit, non-governmental organisation operating in India and its various States. Where registered, the name and logo/emblem are protected under the applicable provisions of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws of India. Registered trademarks confer exclusive rights upon the proprietor to use the mark in relation to the goods or services for which it is registered.
No person shall, without the prior written permission of MAHAMAYA DHAM GAYESHPUR, use, reproduce, adopt, display, publish, imitate, or otherwise exploit the name "MAHAMAYA DHAM GAYESHPUR", its logo/emblem, or any deceptively or confusingly similar name, logo, mark, or colourable imitation thereof for any trade, business, profession, organisation, publication, promotional activity, or any other unauthorized purpose.
Any unauthorized use or misuse of the name or logo/emblem shall constitute a violation of the rights of MAHAMAYA DHAM GAYESHPUR and may render the person concerned liable to appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings under the applicable laws of India, in addition to any other remedies available in law.
Any member, office-bearer, volunteer, or any other person found violating the rules, regulations, code of conduct, or the intellectual property rights of MAHAMAYA DHAM GAYESHPUR shall be liable to disciplinary action, including suspension, removal from membership or office, or any other action deemed appropriate by the competent authority of the organisation, without prejudice to any legal proceedings that may be initiated under applicable law.
The decision of the competent authority of MAHAMAYA DHAM GAYESHPUR, taken in accordance with its Constitution, Rules and Regulations, shall be binding on the concerned person.
